Competition Terms & Conditions

    1. Participation in the competition is subject to payment of an entry fee.

    2. Judges will not be able to see whose work is judged. It will be anonymous.

    3. The start and end dates of registration are provided on www.worldspmu.co.uk and are the same for each category including latex.
    4. The Championship/competition work submission takes place digitally, on the www.worldspmu.co.uk platform.

    5. Competition is open only to 18+ years old.

    6. Competition for 5 main categories is only open to candidates with appropriate permanent makeup qualifications and only registered users of worldspmu.co.uk
    7. .Competition for latex category is open for pmu, smp, tattoo artist, and registered users of worldspmu.co.uk . Work on latex with use of pigments/inks and digital device.
    8. Participation in the WorldS competition is subject to payment of an entry fee per category.
    9. By purchasing an entry to championship you get into a contract with WorldS organiser and agree to follow championship rules.
    10. Entry fee is the same for all categories taking part in WorldS Semi Finals United Kingdom, excluding of latex category.
    11. Championship consists of 5 categories in one division only: Powder brows, Hairstroke machine, Microblading, Shaded eyeliner, and Lips. Latex Creations category, is an U.K. exclusive, online only and does Not include participation in Live segment (Conference, Non-Stop Show and Award Night).
    12. Competing in WorldS Online championship gives you a Free entry to full day Live segment on 15th of September and includes of Conference, Non-Stop Show and Award night. This exclude latex category
    13. Purchasing entry and not competing/failing to upload work will disqualify you and automatically your entry to Live Segment of Championship will be cancelled. In case of disqualification to be able to enter live segment of finale you will have to pay a difference in ticket prices. Difference must be paid within 2 days of championship registration/uploading work closing day.
    14. Accommodation for Live segment of Championship U.K. Semi Finals it’s not included in your championship ticket price unless you purchased such a promotion.
    15. Winning 1st place in WorldS U.K Semi Finals (categories: Powder brows, Shaded eyeliner, Lips, Microblading and Hairstrokes machine work, excluding LATEX CATEGORY, secures a 5-star, 4-night sponsored stay for both you and your model, with round-trip airport transfers, 2-day Congress, Discover Cyprus party ( weather depending) and Gala Dinner Awards ceremony.
    16. Finalist of Latex category to be announced online only.
    17. The WorldS Organizer can disqualify Participants who break the competition rules.
    18. Up to 3 categories (from 5) may be chosen by one participant.
    19. All participants may only enter each category once. Latex category has unlimited number of entries.
    20. One entry = one model/work/latex upload. One entry means one work shown in different angles/zoom etc.

     

     

    1. All competition entries must include an exact number of before and after photos which specifications and details can be found on your entered category submit work page on the www.worldspmu.co.uk website.
    2. Before the procedure, the Participant is obliged to conduct a consultation with the model, which must include the declaration/written consent allowing the distribution of pictures on WorldS social media. Signing into championship automatically gives WorldS organiser to any image distribution via social media and website
    3. Uploaded work must relate to the category chosen by the participant
    4. Participant is responsible to select the correct category for himself. If you have wrongly selected your category, please contact us no later than 48 hours after paying for your entry.

     

    1. Organizer is not responsible for providing models or products necessary to execute work for the championship.
    2. Participant is obliged to make every effort to ensure that the treatment is carried out accordingly to all health and safety rules and comply with all regulations.
    3. The Championship prizes cannot be exchanged or converted into a cash equivalent in the case of non-cash prizes. The Winner Can Not transfer the rights to collect the Prize awarded to third parties.
    4. In the case of Voucher Awards, online courses, etc. the expiration date and deadline for realization are specified in the individual terms and conditions of each Sponsor.
    5. Winner’s Prizes (1st, 2nd, 3rd) will be awarded only if the number of entries in a given division is greater than 3. In case of a minimum number of entries it’s not reached, category will be cancelled.
    6. The WorldS Organizer can disqualify Participants who break the competition rules.
    7. WorldS SemiFinal United Kingdom Organiser is not responsible for any technical issues/attendance of Speakers presenting in WorldsU.K or Grand finale day.
    8. Participating from all over the world is allowed. Winning WorldS U.K. Semi Finals means you will be representing U.K and competing for worlds best title in Grand Finale in Cyprus as a U.K. reperesentatives.
    9. WorldS U.K. Semi Finals Organiser is not responsible for a changes made by WorldS Grand Finale Organiser in the schedule of program or any other changes made by them.
    10. Purchasing a ticket via instalments oblige you to complet payment in full. In case you fail to do, paid amount will not be refunded. And any outstanding will have to be paid within a 30 days of last failed payment.
    11. Photos of works used in the WorldS Championship must be the participant’s work, made independently. Previously published works on social media, websites, leaflets, brochures, etc. CAN NOT be used.
    12. Photos used for the championship CAN NOT be made public before the announcement of the Championship results. In case they were, and Organiser discovers it, the participant will be disqualified without the right to a refund for participation in the championship and Live segment day of 15Th of September.
    13. In case an Organizer discovers it after the winner announcements, titles will be cancelled, and won awards will be taken away.
    14. Failing to upload work and competing means disqualification and cancelation of Free entry to Live segments of event on 15th of September and no refundable. If you still wish to attend live segment of our event you will have to pay a difference in ticket prices to even the fee.
    15. The WorldS organizer reserves the right to change the deadlines for submitting entries and to change the date of the announcement of the results.
    16. Latex category is to show your creativity among your skills using machine and pigments/ink on latex.
    17. Latex category its online only, does NOT automatically give an ENTRY to physical day/live segment of championship. Tickets may be purchased separately on worldspmu.co.uk
    18. Latex category winner it’s not part of WorldS Grand finale scheme. Winning this category doesn’t include participation in international finale in Cyprus,
    19. The photographed work should be clean and washed. Please don’t apply any “creams”.
    20. Photos of Latex category must be clean. One creation on latex. No creams, decorations, work executed by machine only.
    21. Photos/videos must be taken on solid white background (neutral background).
    22. Photos/videos submitted for the championship, CAN NOT be edited or taken with the application with beautifying functions.
    23. Edited photos/videos will be disqualified.
    24. Photos cannot include the original packaging of cosmetics or any other products.
    25. Photos that include original packaging of cosmetics etc. will be disqualified.
    26. Photos/videos cannot contain text, logos, or watermarks.
    27. Photos/videos with logos, watermarks, and texts will be disqualified.
    28. Photos edited and modify in any way, blurred after modifications, and of very bad quality will be disqualified.
    29. Photos of work before, and work after must be taken with the same camera/phone.
    30. Models CAN NOT wear make-up, also executed work CAN NOT be beautified with make-up.
    31. In the case of eyebrows and lips models can wear false eyelashes, also mascara is allowed.
    32. Jury will evaluate the submitted works after the registration closing date/ this date is the same for each of category.
    33. Jury will evaluate submitted works taking into account the rating scales which are specified in the judging criteria.
    34. We judge accordingly to general WorldS scoring sheet provided by Grand finale organiser. The sheets are the same for each country representing WorldS worldwilde.
    35. The final classification is the average of the points awarded by the Judge’s panel/ for each category.
    36. The winner of each category of the Championship will be the Participant with the highest number of points.
    37. The Organizer reserves the right to randomly verify Championship participants’ certificates.
    38. The Organizer reserves the right to fully verify the Participant certificates who took the first three places in each category.
    39. The Organiser reserves the right to change/add/remove/ modify this terms and conditions. In case that happens, already registered participants only, will be informed about changes.
    40. The Participant CAN NOT contact the Championship Jurors regarding submitted work under no circumstances.

General Terms & Conditions

Definitions
‘The Company’ and ‘Seller’ means WorldS Online Championship U.K.
‘Buyer’ and ‘Customer’ means the person who accepts a quotation from the Seller,
for the sale of the Goods or agrees to buy the Goods from the Seller.
‘Goods’ means the Participation in WorldS Online Championship U.K. which the
Buyer agrees to purchase from the Seller.
‘Order’ and ‘Contract’ means the Order or Contract for the sale and purchase of the
Goods between the Buyer and the Seller.
‘Price’ means the price for the Goods excluding where applicable, carriage,
packaging, insurance and Value Added Tax.
‘In writing’ means communication by postal letter, email, facsimile and any
comparable means of communication.
The headings in these Conditions are for convenience only and shall not affect their
interpretation.
General / Online Trade Accounts
The Company may revise and update these Terms & Conditions, at any time and
without prior notification.
Online Trade accounts are made available by the Company to Individual Companies
and Tradespersons who meet and can satisfy the online application process. The
Company reserve the sole right, to establish the suitability and control the issuing of
Online Trade applications.
The Company reserve the sole right to determine and agree to any discounts that
become applicable to an Online Trade account. Under no circumstances will an
Online Trade account Customer be given preferential Credit facilities. All payments
will be taken directly through the website at the point of ordering.
Special Offers
All offer codes are applied to the value of the order, excluding delivery costs and are
subject to our general Terms and Conditions.
The offer code must be entered into the Voucher Code field on the basket page and
applied for the discount to be deducted from the order.
Unless stated discounts cannot be combined and only one offer can be applied to
any order. Experience Days are excluded from offers unless stated.
Multibuy cards are excluded from the offer – but all full price cards are included.
Items already reduced in price, displaying a ‘Was’ , ‘Early Birds’ and ‘Now’ price are
also excluded from voucher offers.
Offers can be amended or withdrawn at any time.
Pricing
The Companies catalogues, price list, website and other advertising material shall
not form any part of any contract between the Buyer and the Company.
Any information or description of the goods appearing in the Sellers catalogues,
brochures and other publications is believed to be correct and current, but is not
warranted by the Seller, in so far as any such publication has been compiled from
information supplied to the Seller, either by the manufacturer or supplier of the
goods. The Seller accepts no responsibility for the accuracy of any such information
or description, should you wish to clarify the illustration of a product please contact
us.
Unless otherwise stated in writing all prices quoted are included of VAT.
Whilst we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur.
If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as
soon as possible to give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price
or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If
the Company take the action to cancel the order, for standard stock items and you
have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Prices are subject to alteration without prior notification and shall not be binding on
the Seller.
Ordering
Each Contract between the Seller and the Buyer will consist of the Order, the Terms
and Conditions and such other specific terms as the two parties shall agree in
writing.
The Company accepts most major Credit & Debit Card payments via our on-line
website. These payments are Credit checked and final payment authorisation is
given, via appointed and accredited 3rd Party Credit Agencies (e.g. Sage Pay,
Google Pay etc.). The Company cannot take any responsibility for the nonauthorisation of online payments howsoever caused or for any subsequent delay in
delivery when authorisation is queried, or additional Credit checking processes are
involved.
Credit Checking routines require that the Debit or Credit Card used is registered to
the appropriate person (Buyer). Should the credit authorisation fail, the Company
reserve the sole right to employ additional Credit checking measures in order to
confirm or qualify the authenticity of the Buyer. The Company cannot accept any
liability for any delay or cost incurred by the Buyer as a result of a delay in the Credit
authorisation process.
If Payments are declined or queried by the appointed and accredited 3rd Party Credit
checking agency, the Company reserve the sole right to employ additional Credit
checking measures in order to confirm or qualify the authenticity of the Buyer. The
Company cannot accept any liability for any delay or cost incurred by the Buyer as a
result of a delay in the Credit authorisation process.
In the event that the express terms of a contract are in conflict with any Conditions,
the Conditions shall prevail.
Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between the Buyer and
the Company will take place upon the despatch to the Buyer of the products ordered,
unless we have notified you that we will not accept your order, or you have cancelled
it.
Orders are accepted and promises for delivery given, conditionally upon our being
able to secure the necessary material and /or goods and without responsibility for
delays arising through risks and uncertainties of manufacture, strike, accidents, or
other causes beyond our direct control.
Payment for the goods shall in itself constitute an acceptance of and agreement to
these General Terms & Conditions.
The Company reserves the right not to supply the Buyer at the Companies sole
discretion.
Product Quality / Warranty
The supply of goods does not mean that they are suitable for a specific installation.
The Company can only be held responsible for any failure against products supplied,
to the extent that the manufacturer of such products is prepared to guarantee the
same.
The Company will accept no responsibility for further or subsequent loss or expense,
if the products are faulty, or not to the acceptance of the Buyer. Any such issues will
be passed to the manufacturers, whereby any claims will become solely the
manufacturer’s liability, disclaimers or notes printed on boxes or packaging will
become the responsibility of the Buyer to read and accept, prior to use or fixing.
Any claim by the Buyer, which is based on any defect in the quality or condition of
the Goods, or their failure to correspond with specification, shall (whether or not the
delivery is refused, by the Buyer) be expected to notify the Seller in writing, within 2
working days, from delivery. If delivery is refused and the Buyer does not notify the
Seller accordingly, the Seller shall have no liability for such defect or failure and the
Buyer shall be bound to pay the price as if the Goods had been delivered in
accordance with the Contract.
Where any valid claim in respect of any defect in the quality or condition of the
Goods, or their failure to meet specification is notified to the Company, in
accordance with these conditions, the Company shall be entitled to replace the
Goods (or the part under query) free of charge or at the Companies sole discretion,
refund to the Buyer the price of the Goods (or a proportionate part of the price)
however, the Company will have no further liability to the Buyer.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns
We don’t accept returns on any items sold in our store online.
Data Protection
We are registered under the Data Protection Act 1998 (“the Act”) and comply with
the Act in all our dealings with your personal data. If you make an enquiry by email
on our website or request information about our products and other services, you will
need to give to us personal information such as your name, email address, business
or home address and telephone number. We will use this information to answer your
enquiry or to send you the requested information or literature required.
Privacy Policy
When you use the website, you may provide us with personal information about
yourself. We use such information to confirm any order details, fulfil your orders, deal
with your queries, and send you information about our products and services and for
the purpose of record-keeping. We will not release, offer or sell any personal
information you provide, to other third parties without first seeking your permission.
Your details may sometimes be shared with our contractors or agents, in order to
provide you with the products and services that you have requested.
Complaints
All complaints must be sent to contact@worldspmu.co.uk and will be replied with
within 5 working days.
